Our oil mill

The Olinova mill is located in Santa Vitória in the heart of Herdade de Vale Travessos, with a unique and modern architecture that allows a perfect combination with the vast landscape of modern groves of olive tree hedges.

It combines innovation, technology and quality to obtain the best oils. Always at the forefront of the sector, with a daily processing capacity of 700 tons of olives and more than 3,000 tons of oil storage.

Extraction

Our mill is equipped with the latest extraction technology, analytical control, quality and traceability. Olinova offers olive growers in the region, or in other territories, an extraction service that guarantees obtaining high-quality extra virgin olive oils.

Bottling

The Olinova mill has an area dedicated to bottling olive oil. It has a line that allows the continuous filling of more than 2000 bottles/hour of olive oil.
